It came down to the wire, but Rio de Janeiro’s historic snag of the 2016 Olympics was based on some persuasive evidence offered by world-class tourist Tommy Lima after his recent inspection of the city’s athletic facilities.

In Tommy Lima in Brazil 3: Soccer, Lima takes a break from watching a soccer game in one of the city’s immense stadiums. Down in the wet area, he draws the attention of Estanben Paes, while Mateus Fogaca sizes up his backside.
