Francois Sagat’s starring role in independent filmmaker / artist Bruce LaBruce’s latest project made headlines last Summer. The movie seems to be a gay porno take on zombies, and it includes a raft of big time model names. There’s not just Sagat, but also Matthew Rush, Eddie Diaz, Francesco D’Macho and Wolf Hudson.
J.C. Adams reports that the production is co-produced by LaBruce’s Berlin friends at Wurstfilm, and fans should remember the all-out hardcore flick that he directed for Berlin’s Cazzo Films back in 1999, Skin Gang. (Watch Skin Gang)
The official L.A. Zombie blog last reports that actual production wrapped on August 15, 2009. LaBruce writes that he will be working on post-production to the end of the year. Now that it is mid-January, we certainly hope everything works out and the movie – both hardcore and arthouse versions – start making the circuit.
